Cassimatis. One of the items he is concerned about is the placement of the cesspool which is not shown on the survey plan. Would you please send us a survey plan showing the proposed location of the cesspool for our file. A copy will be forwarded to Mr. Cassimatis upon receipt. Also, as you know, we are not able to schedule this application for a public hearing until we receive a response to our February 20, 1987 letter and recent telephone conversation concerning frontyard setbacks in the area.
