Dear Mr. Toffales:
Recently, we received correspondence from one of your
adjoining landowners, Mr. Nick J. Cassimatis. One of the
items he is concerned about is the placement of the cesspool
which is not shown on the survey plan.
Would you please send us a survey plan showing the
proposed location of the cesspool for our file. A copy
will be forwarded to Mr. Cassimatis upon receipt.
Also, as you know, we are not able to schedule this
application for a public hearing until we receive a
response to our February 20, 1987 letter and recent
telephone conversation concerning frontyard setbacks in
the area.

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applican't. Such permit
