Road, from said point of beginning running along said westerly line of"Corey Creek Road", South 25
degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West 40,0 feet;thence along a 30 foot private road, North 68 degrees 23
minutes 00 seconds West 39.64 feet;thence across the westerly end of said 30 foot private road and along
land now or formerly of Kron, South 24 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds West 130 feet, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Corey Creek;thence westerly along said high water mark 86 feet more or less;
thence North 25 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds East 180 feet, more or less;thence along land now or
formerly of Alexander W. Koke and Frederick C. Koke, South 64 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds East 125.0
feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over said 50 foot private road known as"Corey Creek Road"from the
southeasterly comer of the premises northerly about 390 feet to Main Bayview Road;
ALSO with a right of way over said 30 foot private road from said southeasterly comer of the premises
westerly about 39 feet.
THE GRANTOR reserve the right to the exclusive use and occupancy of the premises during the Grantor's
lifetime, with the Grantor to pay for all maintenance and repairs,water and sewer charges, insurance
charges, and taxes relating to said premises. Said life use shall be personal to Grantor, and shall not be
subject to assignment or lease, except as otherwise provided in this paragraph. The Grantor reserves the
power to appoint the remainder and/or Grantor's life uses in the premises to any one or more of the issue of
the Grantor, siblings of the Grantor, or issue of the Grantor's siblings, or the spouses or surviving spouses of
any of the foregoing persons,with the term"issue"being deemed to include persons who have been
adopted according to law but not bom out of wedlock. This power shall be exercisable or may be
relinquished during the Grantor's lifetime by a deed to the Grantee herein or to others who are members of
the class of appointees set forth herein, making express reference to this power and executed and recorded
in the County Clerk's office where this deed is recorded, prior to the Grantor's death. No exercise of this
power shall be deemed to release the Grantor's life estate unless such a release is explicitly made in a
deed. The exercise of this power shall not exhaust it and unless the power is specifically released in such a
deed, the deed recorded last shall control as to any ambiguities or inconsistencies.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed in deed dated January 6, 1973 and recorded
January 18, 1973 in Liber 7326 page 538.
