RUNNING THENCE North 64 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the southerly line of land last mentioned 148 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond; RUNNING THENCE in a generally southerly direction along said high water mark to the northerly line of aforesaid land of Francis X.
