County of Suffolk on August 30, 1960 as Map No. 3230; said lot being bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly side of Deerfoot Path distant 130.74 feet northerly from
the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Deeffoot Path with the northerly
side of Moose Trail;
RUNNING THENCE South 76 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds West, 113.42 feet;
THENCE North 24 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds West, 152.94 feet;
THENCE North 76 degrees. 50 minutes 20 seconds East, 143.24 feet to the westerly side of
Deeffoot Path;
THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Deerfoot Path, Sbuth 13 degrees 09 minutes 40
seconds East, 150.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNINO.
SUBJECT TO easements, restrictions and rights of way of record, if any, now in effect,
THIS CONVEYANCE IS NOT DONE IN DEFRAUD OF CREDITORS NOR DOES IN
RENDER THE GRANTOR INSOLVENT.
