filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May l, 1975 under File No. 6249, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Reeve Road distant 175.00 feet southerly as measured along the westerly
side of Reeve Road from the comer formed by the intersection of the division of the southerly side of Harborview Avenue
with the westerly side of Reeve Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 15 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East along the westerly side of Reeve Road, 156.00 feet;
