ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being a part of a Condominium in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County and State of New York, known and designated as Unit No. 7A, together with a 2.92% undivided interest in the
Common Elements of the Condominium hereinafter described as the same is defined in the Declaration of Condominium
hereinafter referred to.
The real property described is a Unit shown on the plans of a Condominium prepared and certified by Robert Tast,
Architect, and Maps filed by Young & Young, Licensed Land Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
