Beginning at a point on the southeasterly side t~f Lower Road distant 956.85 feet southwesterly as measured along the
southeasterly side of Lower Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of Lower Road and
the southerly side of Ackerty Lane;
Thence South 49 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds East, along land now or formerly of Arminio, 129.83 feet;
Thence North 42 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds East, still along land now or formerly of Arminio, 50.78 feet to land now
or formerly of' Sham;
Thence South 46 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East, along last mentioned land, 76.41 feet to the northwesterly side of
Main Road (S.R. 25);
Thence southwesterly along [he northwesterly side of Main Road (S.R. 25), the following 3 courses and distances:
