BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly side of Platt Road, distant 1,823.95 feet southeasterly, as measured along the
same from the comer formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of Main Road with the southwesterly side of Pla~t
Road, said monumem being also at the division line between the southeasterly side of land now or formerly of Llewellyn and the
