end of the curve which connects the northerly side of Jasmine Lane and the westerly
side of Apple Court;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along said curve bearing to the right having a radius of
25.00 feet a distance of 39.27 feet to the extreme southwesterly end of the curve
and the northerly side of Jasmine Lane;
THENCE North 75 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds West along said northerly side of
Jasmine Lane 110.00 feet;
THENCE North 14 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East 91.03 feet;
THENCE South 66 degrees 52 minutes 25 seconds East 139.33 feet to the westelry side
of Apple Court;
THENCE southerly along said westerly side of Apple Court the following courses and
distances:
1 . Along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 225.00
feet a distance of 34. 74 feet; and
. 2. South 14 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds West 10.00 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
