REPORT RESULT:
I have personally inspected the above project and determined that all structural work
meets or exceeds any and all applicable building codes. I made periodic inspections as
the work progressed.
The New York State energy code is satisfied by installing R19 in the basement ceiling,
R22.7 blown in rockwool and 6mil poly air infiltration barrier in the exterior walls, R30
in the ceilings above heated space and Andersen high performance windows and doors.
I also inspected the,~,.~. - ' ~l~4~l?i,ng system. All work was done according to'the latest version

system pressurized, no leaks were detected.

Dear Mr Priolo.:
Based on the information you have submitted, this Department has determined that: The
portion of property located landward of the 20' contour on a gradual natural slope is beyond
the jurisdiction of Article 25 (Tidal Wetlands) as shown on the survey by John McWilliams
dated April 14, 2001.
Therefore, in accordance with the current Tidal Wetlands Regulations (6NYCRR Part 661) no
permit is required. Please be advised, however, that no construction, sedimentation, or
disturbance of any kind may take place seaward of the tidal wetlands jurisdictional boundary,
as indicated above, without a permit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all precautions are
taken to prevent any sedimentation or other alteration or disturbance to the ground surface or
vegetation within Tidal Wetlands jurisdiction which may result from your project. Such
precautions may include maintaining adequate work area between the tidal wetland
jurisdictional boundary and your projeCt (i.e. a 15' to 20' wide construction area) or erecting a
temporary fence, barrier, or hale bay berm.
Please be further advised that this letter does not relieve you of the responsibility of obtaining
any necessary permits or approvals from other agencies.
