WITNESSETH, that the party,of the first par
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

gutter;
THENCE along the shore line of the gutter on a tie line course and distance of North 41 decrees 43 minutes
00 seconds West 76.70 feet to a point;
THENCE North 60 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East 182.35 feet to a point on the westerly side of
Rogers Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress in common with others to and from the above
described premises over Rogers Road to the nearest public highway.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as those conveyed to the party of the first part in deed

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
