Wilsberg situate at Southold, Suffolk County, New York"made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from surveys completed January 28, 1963 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 19, 1963 as Map No. 3848, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Glenn Road distant 121.88 feet northwest, as measured along the southerly side of Glenn Road, from a monument set at the comer formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Glenn Road and the westerly side of Glenn Road, said point of beginning also being at the division line between Lot 24 and Lot 25 as shown on said aforementioned map; RUNNING THENCE along said division line South 12 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 230.11 feet to the mean high water mark of West Creek; RUNNING THENCE along a tie line North 85 degrees 02 minutes 33 seconds West 117.86 feet to the division line between Lot 24 and Lot 23; RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 09 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 213.03 feet to a monument set on the southerly side of Glenn Road; RUNNING THENCE along said road North 87 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 103.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first part herein by deed dated 2/14/85, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 2/22/85 in Liber 9739, Page 418. Dist. 1000 Sec. 078.00 Block 02.00 Lot TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting 041.000 the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD die premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
