RUNNING THENCE along the last above mentioned division line, North 49 degrees
LOT 18 minutes 11 seconds East 260 feet to a monument;

THENCE southeasterly, along the arc of a curve, bearing to the right having a
radius of 555 feet a distance along said curve of 213.10 feet to the division
line of lots 3 and 4;
THENCE along the last above mentioned division line, South 71 degrees 18 minutes
11 seconds West 225 feet to the easterly side of Brook Lane;
THENCE northwesterly, along the northeasterly sides of Brook Lane, the following
three courses and distances:
1. Northwesterly, along the arc of a curve, bearing to the left having a radius
of 60 feet a distance along said curve of 62.37 feet to a point of reverse curve;
2. Northwesterly, along the arc of a curve, bearing to the right having a radius
of 30 feet a distance along said curve of 23.95 feet to a point of reverse curve;
3. Northwesterly, along the arc of a curve, bearing to the left, having a radius
of 295 feet a distance along said curve of 42.15 feet to the monument at the
point or place of BEGINNING.

the aforesaid "Map of Reydon Court" to Reydon Drive, a public highway.
