FAY li SCHEDULE A F I' ALL those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being inithe Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lots Nos . Twenty- five (25) , Twenty-six (26) , Twenty-seven (27) and Twenty- eight (28) in Block ' E' , as shown on a certain map made July 22, 1930 by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L. S . , entitled "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc . , Bayview, L. I . , N.Y. , in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, Riverhead, New York, on July 1st, 1931, as Map No. 631 . Together with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing all that portion of Beach lying in front of Sections A and B, as shown on said map, in common with Reydon Shores, Inc . and with others who now have or may hereafter acquire rights in the same, subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the use thereof, as Reydon shores, Inc . , or its successors may from time to time put into effect . Fay on January 12, 1948, recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 2792 , IPage 452 . Said Edgar H. Fay died March 10 , 1991 . As set forth in the will of said Edgar H. Fay, admitted to Probate in the Surrogate' s Court of Suffolk County, File No: 1771 P91, said property passed to his wife Anne R. Fay. Said Anne R. Fay died intestate on September 13 , 1997 and was survived by two children, Edgar H. Fay, Jr. and Roger W. Fay, the Grantees herein, who are the sole distributees and beneficiaries of her estate . .This deed is made by Edgar H. Fay, Jr. , Administrator of the estate of Anne R.
