Articles of Organization purusant to the Limited Liability Company Law on 7/17/2008 and filed a certificate with the State of New York
Department of State changing its name to Vanstonpartners, LLC on 8/2712008.
TOGETHER with all right, title and inlerest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
