See LWRP Section III - Policies; Pages 22 through 32 for evaluation criteria. ® Yes ❑ No ❑ Not Applicable The project consists of the maintenance of existing erosion control structures and a boat basin and catwalk for boat dockage through the in-place replacement of the bulkheading with a bulkhead constructed with vinyl sheathing;the in-place replacement of the existing catwalk, including the replacement of its treated timber decking with untreated decking;and the dredging of the inside of the boat basin. Therefore the project will effectively maintain the historically established use and site conditions with the benefit of replacing treated materials with untreated materials. The project will be further mitigated by using a silt curtain to contain temporarily produced turbidity during the dredging activities and will establish a 10'wide nonturf buffer landward of the reconstructed bulkheading. Therefore, the project will result in a net beneficial impact to the existing site conditions. It is also worth noting that the project has been designed in accordance with the written recommendations of the Trustees contained in a Field Inspection Report dated 10/13/10,a copy of which is attached hereto.
