Located: 2006 Gull Pond Lane, Greenport. SCTM#35-3-12.10&12.11 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the policies of the LWRP provided that the following is required. 1. Require that the Iow intedidal wetland veqetation be avoided and preserved durinq construction. 2. Require that the areas of Iow intertidal wetland ve,qetat on that are unavoidable to impacts be removed prior to construction and replanted on site following the construction of the rock revetment.
