Terry Contracting & Materials, Inc. on behalf of LEE KRUTER requests a Wetland Permit to replace
approx. 248 If. of an existing timber bulkhead with a new epoxy coated cantilevered steel sheet pile
bulkhead; interstitial space between the abandoned existing and new bulkhead to be filled with approx.
75 cy. clean sand; and remove and replace existing retractable access stairs. Located: 9475 Nassau
Point Rd., Cutchogue. SCTM#119-1-1
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
$outhold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is
CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
wdtten determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
