RUNNING THENCE south 63 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds east 125.00 feet to the
westerly side of Seawood Drive;
RUNNING THENCE south 26 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds west along the westerly side
of Seawood Drive 100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
