paid by the party of tile second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to ALPHONSE K. GOHIER and
VIRGINIA M. GOHIER, his wife, by deed from VIRGINIA MORRELL GOHIER dated March
14, 1960 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 21, 1980 in
Liber 4784 of conveyances at Page 84.
