paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

THENCE North 19 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East along the east-
erly side of Paradise Point Road, 154 .93 feet to a point;
THENCE northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the right having a
radius of 125 .00 feet, a distance of 196. 35 feet to the southerly
side of Robinson Road ( a private road) ;
THENCE South 66 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East along the south-
erly side of Robinson Road, 343 .67 feet to land now or formerly of
Kaytis;
THENCE along the last mentioned land, the following 3 courses and
distances:
1) South 21 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West, 118. 54 feet to a
point;
2) South 37 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds West, 165.70 feet to a
point;
3) North 66 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West, 422 . 65 feet to the
easterly side of Paradise Point Road, the point or place of BEGIN-
NING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that transferred to
the party of the first part by deed dated April 19, 1966, and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
April 20, 1966 in Liber 5944 page 100, as corrected by Liber 6124
TAX MAP page 3 .
