Re: Proposed Wetland Permit for THOMAS CAHILL
SCTM#1000-107-3-3.1
Note that the Board established a 50 non-disturbance buffer on the parcel in 2007. The action does not
encroach into the non-disturbance buffer area.
THOMAS CAHILL requests a Wetland Permit to construct an 18'x36' in-ground pool; pool fence;
pavers around pool (4' walk-around with 10'x12' patio on narrow end of pool); slate walk from deck
stairs to pool. Located: 570 Maple Lane, Mattituck. SCTM# 107-3-3.1
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is
CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
