Dear Mr. Fairhurst:
With regards to your letter dated September 6, 2012 requesting the removal of a
single tree near the bulkhead that is dead or dying within the established lawn
area. The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
