who died on the 8th day of September nineteen hundred and ninety-seven
party of the first part, and
GREGORY OFRIAS and PAULETTE OFRIAS, his wife, both residing at
1655 Parkway, Southold, New York 11971
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of -------

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 31 as shown on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Southwood", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on November 24, 1953 as Map No. 2141, said lot being bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Wood End Way where same is
intersected by the division line of Lots 30 and 31 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE along said division line, South 80 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds
West _189.73 feet;
TIiENCE-North 12 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds West 152.45 feet;
THENCE North 65 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 152.98 feet to the
westerly side of Wood End Way;
THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Wood End Way, South 24 degrees
30 minutes 00 seconds East 197.84 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by deed dated 7/12/68, recorded 7/22/98 in Liber 6385 page 478.

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
