SCTM#10-7-27.10 Eh-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of CUTCHCO'I-r, LLC requests a Wetland Permit and Coastal Erosion Permit to restore and stabilize eroded and denuded portion of bluff by regrading and translating landward existing bluff crest (variable width) to remove vertical lip; using approx. 200 cy. of resultant material plus up to approx. 50 cy. of clean sand to be trucked in from an upland source as necessary to renourish bluff face; construct a terrace retaining wall along the seaward limit of erosion to contain and stabilize the renourishment matedal which is to be further stabilized with erosion control matting and replanted with native vegetation; and establish a 15' non-turf buffer with small berm landward of the bluff. Regrade and repave existing paved roadway landward of bulkhead and replace existing drain with a groundwater infiltration system to minimize the frequency and volume of pavement run-off discharged from existing overflow pipe to be maintained.
