SCTM#135-1-26 COASTAL EROSION PERMITS Land Use Ecological Services, Inc. on behalf of MARIA STANISlC requests a Wetland Permit and Coastal Erosion Permit to reconstruct approx. 118 If. of existing timber bulkhead in place utilizing steel sheeting; 30 cy. of clean fill from an upland source is proposed landward of the reconstructed bulkhead as required to match existing adjacent grades. SCTM#51-4-1 Land Use Ecological Services, Inc. on behalf of WILLIAM TURNBULL requests a Wetland Permit and Coastal Erosion Permit to construct a 100 If. timber bulkhead to match the height of the existing adjacent to the east; construct a 5' bulkhead return at the west end of the proposed bulkhead; backfill with 125 cy. of clean fill from an upland source and plant with beachgrass on 12" centers. Remaining portion of site is proposed to be protected with a single row of 36"- 48" (1,500-2,500 lb.) boulders placed on filter fabric against the eroded toe of bluff; 69 If. total (inclusive of 5' return at west end). Install a seasonal snow fence adjacent to the proposed boulders to keep beachgoers from the neighboring public beach off the boulders. Located: 54005 North Rd., Southold. SCTM#52-1-1 3. The overall length of the pier from the existing patio is 70' landward of the high tide line and tidal wetlands vegetation. Construct shoreline soil retention and stabilization, cribbing of concrete, wood or plastic materials, backfill with suitable topsoil and plant native non- invasive, salt tolerant ground cover.
