SCTM#137-3-7 Revised description as of 515/t0 - To construct a 4'X 20' ramp onto a 4'X 80' level fixed dock with a 32"X 16' seasonal aluminum ramp onto a 6'X 20' seasonal floating dock placed in an "L" configuration secured by two 2-pile anchor dolphins using 8" dia. pilings. The entire dock structure is on a slight angle away from the northem property line. The landward end of the dock is 15' away from the north property line and the seaward end is 35' form the north property line.
