PATRICK & JENNIFER HIGGINS request an Administrative Permit to remove dead
scrub and brush bushes with heavy poison ivy infestation and replace all with native,
environmentally appropriate plants such as Rosa Rugosa, Dwarf Black Pine, Bayberry,

2. PINDAR DAMIANOS requests an Administrative Permit for the existing 10'X 15.6' deck,

northwest corner of the bunker; and to construct the proposed docking facility using

construct 8 If. of new 4' wide wood post and framed stairs with a rail mounted to an

to a new 4'X 4' wood post and framed landing at the top of the bank, and install Iow

1. JOHN & MARIE SHACK request a Wetland Permit to demolish an existing dwelling and
construct a new one-story dwelling with attic space, remove/replace the existing deck,
replace siding, new roof and doors on existing garage, and remove the existing shed.

Permit to remove the existing shed, bulkhead and wood walkway. Construct 110' of new
bulkhead and new 4' wide wood walkway in-place. Remove existing floating dock, ramp
and access platform and install new 4'X 4' cantilevered platform, 32"X 14' seasonal
aluminum ramp and 4'X 50' seasonal floating dock in-place. Remove existing retaining
wall and construct 110' of new retaining wall in-place. Provide a 10' wide non-turf buffer

requests a Wetland Permit to remove and replace (in-place) approx. 87 If. of existing
timber bulkhead with vinyl bulkhead; remove and replace (in-place and raised 12")
approx. 130 If. of existing timber bulkhead with vinyl bulkhead; remove and replace (in-
place and raised 12") variable width (23' max.) X 130' deck (including 4'X 5' step-down);
remove and replace (in-place) 2.5'X 10' ramp and 6'X 30' float; backfill with approx. 35
cy. of clean sand fill to be trucked in from an approved upland source; and temporarily
remove, re-side, re-shingle, and refurbish existing +14.5'X 14.5' boat house; and a letter

En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of SUSAN CEBULSKI, ARTHUR FARNBACH AND
PAUL FARNBACH requests a Wetland Permit to construct onto existing one-story, one-
family dwelling a second-story addition over the existing first story (to remain), a covered
porch and steps, one-story fascia addition beneath proposed second-story, 2'X 16' one-
story addition, 5'X 10' second-story deck; construct a 13'X 28' wood deck and 5.5'X 8'
steps in place of existing concrete patio and wood deck and steps to be removed;
remove existing sanitary system and install relocated, upgraded sanitary system; and

Permit to remove 163' of existing wooden boardwalk to allow for the reconstruction of
the existing bulkhead. Reconstruct 172' of existing bulkhead by re-sheathing landward
side of bulkhead with "Everlast" 2.1 vinyl sheathing. Install new I"X 6' tie rod ends
welded into existing backing system tie rods. Reinstall wooden boardwalk in-place after
bulkhead reconstruction is completed. Construct an 8' extension to existing finger pier.
Install two new 10" dia. X 30' long support pilings at offshore end. Maintenance dredge
an area 50' seaward from the existing bulkhead to a depth of -4.0' below MLW on the
east end and progressing to -7.0' below MLW on the west end. Approx. 350 cy. of
dredged spoil to be trucked off site to an approved upland disposal site. Located: 1435

replace the existing deck, extend screened-in porch over deck, reconstruct screened
