WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

particularly bounded and described as follows:

as Mal. No. 2141; said point being distant 115.42 feet easterly as measured along
the northerly side of Critten's Lane from the easterly end of a curve which curve
connects the easterly side of Parkway with the northerly side of Critten's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of said Lot No. 32 North 0 degrees 31 minute:
20 seconds East a distance of 144.81 feet to land now or formerly of Thomas R.
Taylor and Margaret E. Taylor;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 85 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds East a
distance of 109.00 feet to land now or formerly of Ann M. Doman and Catherine M.
Doman;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 0 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds East a distance
of 153.58 feet to the northerly line of Critten's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along said northerly line of Critten's Lane North 89 degrees 28
minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 112.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
tart by deed dated 6/18/58, recorded on 6/20/58 in Liber 4475 cp 98, made by
ELLSWORTH C. GRATHWOHL and WINIFRED F. GRATHWOHL, his wife.
