SCHEDULE "A"
ALL the certain piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, lying and situate north of the Village of Southold, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of a Town Highway, known as
Mill Creek Drive which point is distant 150.21 feet easterly from a point in Mill Creek
Drive which is the end of a curve located on the easterly side of Mill Creek Drive. Said
point also being where the southwest corner of the premises described herein and the
southeast corner of land now or formerly ofEskin intersects the northerly side of Mill
Creek Drive.
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning in a general
northeasterly direction along lands now or formerly ofEskin, North 39 degrees 22
minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 163.20 feet, more or less, to a point on the
ordinary high water line of Mill Creek (also known as Arshamomoque Pond);
RUNNING THENCE in a general southeasterly direction along the said ordinary
high water line of said Mill Creek as it winds and turns (also known as Arshamomoque
Pond), to the northeasterly corner of said lands now or formerly of Cassidy;
RUNNING THENCE along the lands now or formerly of Cassidy, South 42
degrees 20 minutes West, a distance of 145.60 feet, more or less, to the said northeasterly
line of Mill Creek Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly line of Mill Creek Drive, North 58
degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West, 100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of in and
to the lands under the waters of and the riparian rights to Mill Creek (also known as
Arshamomoque Pond) lying adjacent to said premises on the east thereof.
