We border Mrs. Berryman on two sides, our property is "L" shaped. The only access to the Berryman land is through our driveway which was deeded to her as a right-of-way. We strongly object to a Be~ and Breakfast. It would be in a Zone "A" Residential Zone, Traffic to the B & B would be a nuisance in our driveway, and I am sure that no one on Youngs Road would consent, e~pecially Gertrude Mayer who has built a house directly across the street from the Berryman land. We have a flight reservation on April 28 to return to Long Island and will not be available for a public hearing until sometime in May. Our lawyer is Paul Cominiti of Southold. Edward C.
