WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being imlbr in Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the Southerly line of Goose Creek Lane,
a 20 foot right of way, distant 1150, Westerly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the Southerly side of Goose Creek Lane and the Westerly side of
North Road to Bayview. Said point and place of beginning also being the division
line between the within described premises and the land now or formerly of Jewell,
where same intersects the Southerly side of Goose Creek Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Jewell, South 22 degrees
40 minutes 40 seconds East, 250.22 feet, to land now or formerly of Harry and
Edwin Schumacher;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Schumacher, South 67 degrees 53
minutes 50 seconds West, 72.50 feet, to land now or formerly of John Denny;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Denny, North 23 degrees 15
minutes 00 seconds West, 250.06 feet, to the Southerly side of Goose Creek Lane;
THENCE along the Southerly side of Goose Creek Lane, North 67 degrees
53 minutes 50 seconds East, 75 feet, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Deed dated March 16, 1994,
recorded April 13, 1994, in Liber 11672 of conveyances at page 441
Tax Map TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
Designation roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
)ist. 1000 HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
'Ot 08.0 the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
