FREE OF ALL DEBRIS AND BROOM CLEAN UPON COMPLETION.
12. CLEAN ALL FLOORS. WALLS. DOORS. MISC.. GLASS. E~C. LEAVING JOB FREE OF DUST AND DEBRIS. PRIOR TO
PROJECT COMPLETION.
13. EXISTING EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS TO BE REMOVED, WHICH ARE NOT REOUIRED TO BE RELOCATED OR
RETAINED BY THE OWNER. SHALL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE CONTRACTOR AND BE REMOVED FROM THE
PREMISES.
14. INDICATIONS OF WORK TO BE REMOVED ARE GENERAL ONLY, AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO SHOW ALL ITEMS
