KANDELL, residing at 10578 Stonebridge Boulevard, Boca Raton,
Florida, as Trustees of the Trust Under the Will of JOHN L.
PLOCK, late of Suffolk County, New York, who died on the 30th
day of January, 1987, and to whom letters of trusteeship were
issued by the Surrogate' s Court, Suffolk County, New York, on
the 15th day of June, 1987 (File No. 502 P 1987) , as to a
35.72% interest; WILLIAM _JOHN_PLOCK _.a/k/a ._WILLIAM_J._PLOCK,
residing at 945 Jockey Creek Drive, Southold, New York, as to
a 12. 688% interest; DEBORAH ANNE. PLOCK, residing at 415 Oaklawn
Avenue, Southold, New York, as to a 17 .336% interest; and
KATHERINE_MARIAN_ROKE,__f/k/a__KATHERINE__MARIAN_ PLOCK, residing
at 915 Evergreen Drive, Cutchogue, New York, as to a 17 .336%
interest; Party of the First Part; and VIRGINIA__.PRIN=,
residing at 68 Hedges Lane, Amagansett, New York 11930, Party
of the Second Part.

THAT the Party of the First Part, in consideration of ONE
HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100 DOLLARS
($112, 500. 00) , lawful money of the United States, and other
good and valuable considerations, paid by the Party of the
Second Part, does hereby grant and release unto the Party of
the Second Part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
Party of the Second Part forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of real property,
situate, lying and being in Bayview, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and
by Lot Number 4 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of
Plock Shellfisher Preserve" and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on June 14, 1995, as Map No. 9700 (Suffolk
County Tax Map Number: District 1000, Section 079.00, Block
05. 00, Lot 020. 011) ; and as more particularly described on
Schedule A which is attached hereto.

_All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk,State of New York, latown and designated as Lot No. 4 on that
certain map entitled, "Map of Plock Shellfisher Preserve" and filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on
Junc 14, 1995 as Map No.9700, said lot being more particularly bounded and described according to said map as
fol lows: r
BEGINNING at the southwest comer of the premises about to be described herein, said point being distant the
following six courses and distances from the point of intersection by the westerly side of lands now or formerly of
James C. Boyle and Patricia Boyle and the easterly side of a 50 foot, more or less, wide right of way with the
northerly side of North Bayview Road;
1) along the northerly side of North Bayview Road,North 86 degrees 56 minutes 11 seconds west, a distance
of 50.23 feet to the westerly side of said 50 foot wide right of way first above mentioned;
2) Running thence along said westerly side of said 50 foot wide right of way. North 08 degrees 33 minutes 49
seconds cast, a distance of 1,095.96 feet;
3) still along said right of way in a general northeasterly direction along the arc of a curve bearing to the right,
having a radius of 135.00 feet, a length of 208.32 feet;
4) still along said right of way, South 83 degrees 01 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 161.72 feet;
5) still along said right of way in a general northerly direction along the are of a curve bearing to the left having
a radius of 125.00 feet, a length of 250.62 feet to the southerly side of the premises to be described; and
6) along the division line between Lots 4 and 5 on said map, South 72 degrees 06 minutes 13 seconds West,
a distance of 30.82 feet to the southwest comer of the premises to be described herein,the true point or place
of beginning.
RUNNNG THENCE from said point of beginning along the division line between Lots 4 and 5 on said map, the
following two courses and distances:
1) North 39 degrees 56 minutes 11 seconds West, a distance of 509.79 feet; and
2) North 10 degrees 03 minutes 49 seconds East, a distance of 209.66 feet to the division line between Lots
3,and 4 on said Wrap;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line between Lots 3 and 4, South 81 degrees 26 minutes 1 I seconds East,
a distance of 215.07 feet to the division line between Lots 1 and 4 on said map;

RUNNING THENCE along said division line between Lots 1 and 4, the following six courses and distances:
1) South 14 degrees 03 minutes 49 seconds West, a distance of 55.89 feet;
2) in a general southerly direction along the arc ofa curve bearing to the left having a radius of 185.00 feet,
a length of 115.36 feel;
3) South 21 degrees 39 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 40.00 feet;
4) in a general southerly direction along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 465.00 feet,
a length of 139.59 feet;
5) still in a general southerly direction along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 285.00
feet, a length of 173.95 feet; and
b) still in a general southerly direction along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 150.00
feet, a length of 56.39 feet to the division line between Lots 4 and 5 on said map; and
