WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of -------

state of New York, known and designated as lot number 1 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Oakridge Hills" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on April 30, 1962 a smap number 3555. Which is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the southwesterly side of Booth Road and
the northwesterly side of Jennings Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 48 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds west along the northwesterly
side of Jennings Road 150.00 feet;
THENCE North 35 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds west 158.40 feet;
THENCE North 48 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East 149.87 feet to the southwesterly
side of Booth Road;
THENCE South 35 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds East along the southwesterly side
of Booth Road 157. 14 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TAX MAP BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by
