of 115.68 feet to the land now or formerly of Grace M. West;
RUNNING THENCE along the last mentioned land, North 84 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 130.75
feet to the land now or formerly of Pasquale G. Alesci and Judy M. Alesci;
RUNNING THENCE along the last mentioned land, South 2 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 120.57
feet to the land now or formerly of William H. Burkhardt;
RUNNING THENCE along the land mentioned land, South 86 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 123.28

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first part herein by deed
