Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York", and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerks Office on June 8, 1965 as Map No. 4362, together with an adjacent
parcel and said lot and adjacent parcel, taken together, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Schooner Drive, where same is
intersected by the southwesterly line of Lot 1 aforesaid;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly side of Schooner Drive, North 25
degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds East, 100.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Schooner Drive, North 64 degrees 05
