of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly side of Bayview Road (a/k/a Main
Bayview Road) with the southerly side of Doctor's Path (a/k/a Corwin Lane);
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, along saidwesterly side of
