Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Anton Jadrosie and Carla
Stareie by Deed fi'om Renato Stareic dated June 21, 1991 and recorded on July 18, 1991
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Deed Book 11301, Page 335. Said Deed granted
a life estate in the subject premises to Anton Jadrosic, and upon his death, all interest in
the subject premises would be granted to Carla Starei¢.
Anton Jadrosic died in Bergen County, New Jersey. The purpose of this Deed is to
af~m sole ownership of the subject premises in the name of Carla Stareie, as intended by
the prior Deed.
