ladders. The overall length of the pier from the shore waterward of the high tide

to construct approximately 140 linear feet of vinyl bulkhead in place of existing

line; incidentally dredge inside boat basin to a depth of -4' MLW and use
approximately 25 cubic yards sand/silt as backfill; a 10' wide non-turf buffer to be
