WITNESSETH,that the party of the first p art, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

New York, which said land is more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 33 feet right of way
at a point where land now or formerly of Ali intersects. the northerly
side of said right of way;
RUNNING THENCE South 81 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West along the
northerly side of said right of way 151.54 feet to the others land of
N. Axien;
RUNNING THENCE North 45 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds West, along said
lands 360 . 15 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE North 70 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds East along said
line 90. 90 feet to the southwesterly side of lands now or formerly of
Ali;
RUNNING THENCE South 51 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East along said
land 413 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated 9/23/94 and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 9/28/94, under liber 11694 of deeds
at page 26 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first pan in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
