road leading from Sound View Avenue , as shown on a map entitled
"Map of Acres of Diamonds , Inc . , " filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk ' s Office as Map 111128 , said point being 146 . 68 feet northerl
along said easterly line from Sound View Avenue ; and
RUNNING along said easterly line of said 33 foot private road
North 19 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West 87 . 33 feet to land
of Siracusano ;
THENCE along said land of Siracusano , North 57 degrees 37 minutes
50 seconds East , 154 . 71 feet to land formerly of Tisdale ;
THENCE along said land formerly of Tisdale , South 42 degrees 00
minutes 40 seconds East 71 . 08 feet to land of Rogan;
THENCE along land of Rogan South 53 degrees 07 minutes 30
seconds West , 189 . 96 feet to the point of BEGINNING .
TOGETHER with a right of way in common with others over the privat
roads on said map and more particularly a right of way to and from
the Long Island Sound Beach to Soundview Avenue , a public highway .
TOGETHER with the privilege of using said Long Island Sound Beach
for bathing , launching and landing of boats , and incidental
activities to the extent to which said privilege was granted
by Martha Larsen in deed to Arnold Larsen and Alice B . Larsen
dated 3/ 15/54 in common with others . , in Liber 3686 cp 271 .
BEING the same premises conveyed to the r2antors by Deed dated 2/ It
and recorded 8/28/69 in Liber 6613 , Page 321 6 Deed dated 8/21 /90 ,
Recorded 9/28/90 in Liber 11143 , page 289 . Said premises being know)
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and tD said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
