The Goerler family will pay for the set-off part. The surveyor will

Tuthill property - Mr. Tuthill told the Committee that this property has
been in the Tuthill family since 1640. It is located right on the Causeway
in Orient. The Town has had a scenic easement on this parcel. The

Land Trust is helping the family in the rewriting of the easement for the
family's needs. Tim Caufield explained the updated version of the ease-
ment to the Committee.
The Committee asked Jim Pim to thank his wife, as she did a great job
on the language in the brochure.
A motion was made by Noreen McKenna and seconded by Jim Pim to
recommend to the Town Board the acceptance of the letter and the brochure.

The Committee would like to recognize and thank all those who helped with
the brochure and letter; namely, Noreen McKenna, Ray Huntington, Marian
Sumner and J~m Pim's wife.
