After having filed the variance papers, Mr. and Mrs. Krukowski found that. they were also within the jurisdiction of the Town Trustees and N.Y.S.D.E.C. It is the applicants' position that ther(~ is too mu(h time and tremendous fees involved for the proposal to constru(t a 10' by 14' shed within 75 feel of wetlands before bulb Boards.
