THENCE North 73 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East, along the land of Theodore
Buettner, 184.95 feet, to a concrete monument and land now or formerly of Ernest Bick;
THENCE South 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East, and along the land now or
