Hollow" said map filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 4, 1976 as Map No.
6351, which lot according to said map is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Grissom Lane distant 86.50 feet Southerly from the
