Spiro, Bob Scott and Marian Sumner.
Bob Scott spoke to the Committee about agricultural districts. He said
we were in the third cycle, which will expire in October 2003. It is
an 8 year committment, which you sign up for every year. There is
a penalty if you leave before tile commitment ends. There is also an
individual agricultural exemption, which is yearly.
Bedell and Caracciolo ag easements - are properties that are either
under development right easement or about to be. Gail Wickham has
created an easement vehicle on these properties, which will be for a
period of 5 years. A motion was made by Noreen McKenna and seconded
by Joe Krukowski to inform the Town Board that the Land Preservation
Committee favors these two particular easements to promote preservation.
All were in favor except for Ray Huntington.
Lappe farm - this property has no development rights easement on it
at this time. The Committee does not recommend this easement and
feels the Town should discuss acquiring the development rights on this
property.

Tedeschi inviting him to our next meeting.
