At the hearing, I believe we approximated that roughly 12 feet of bulkhead would be removed, but based on the location of high water depicted on the plans, it appears that the most southerly ±14 linear feet of bulkhead should be removed and an angled +14' return be constructed at the southerly terminus of what will become a ±58' section of bulkhead, all as depicted on the project plan prepared by Inter-Science Research Associates, Inc., last dated July 27, 2012,three(3)copies of which are enclosed herewith. Installation of an erosion control structure is necessary during any building, grading, landscaping or site work activity within Trustee jurisdiction. This structure may include, but is not limited to, installation of a silt fence, hay bales, wood chip berm and silt booms. The placement of the erosion control structure(s) shall be determined by the Trustees or their designee.
