THIS INDENTURE made effective the 4th day of February,
1998, between RICHARD F. LARK, of 28785 Main Road, Cutchogue,
New York, and JEROME F. HOLUB, JR. , residing at 78 Debbie
Place, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, as Executors of the Last
Will and Testament of ANNA K. PLOCK, late of Suffolk County,
New York, who died on the 11th day of January, 1996, and to
whom letters testamentary were issued by the Surrogate' s Court,
Suffolk County, New York, on February 8, 1996 (File No. 122 P
96) , as to a 16. 920% interest; RICHARD F. LARK, of 28785 Main
Road, Cutchogue, New York, JERCME F. HOLUB, JR. , residing at 78
Debbie Place, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, and WALLACE
KANDELL, residing at 10578 Stonebridge Boulevard, Boca Raton,
Florida, as Trustees of the Trust Under the Will of JOHN L
PLOCK, late of Suffolk County, New York, who died on the 30th
day of January, 1987, and to whom letters of trusteeship were
issued by the Surrogate' s Court, Suffolk County, New York, on
the 15th day of June, 1987 (File No. 502 P 1987) , as to a
35.72% interest; WILLIAM JOHN FLOCK a/k/a WILLIAM J. PLOCK,
residing at 945 Jockey Creek Drive, Southold, New York, as to
a 12.688% interest; DEBORAH ANNE PLOCK, residing at 415 Oaklawn
Avenue, Southold, New York, as to a 17 .336% interest; and
KATHERINE MARIAN ROKE, f/k/a KATHERINE MARIAN PLOCK, residing
at 915 Evergreen Drive, Cutchogue, New York, as to a 17.336%
interest; Party of the First Part; and CLIFFORD CORNELL and
RUTH CORNELL, his wife, residing at 325 Willow Point Road,
Southold, New York, Party of the Second Part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT the Party of the First Part, in consideration of
THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND and 00/100 DOLLARS ($380,000.00) ,
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable
considerations, paid by the Party of the Second Part, does
hereby grant and release unto the Party of the Second Part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the Party of the Second Part
forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of real property,
situate, lying and being in Bayview, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and
by Lot Numbers 1 and 2 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map
of Plock Shellfisher Preserve" and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on June 14, 1995, as Map No. 9700 (Suffolk

05.00, Lots 020.008 and 020.009) . Lot 2 is more particularly
