Present were:
Dick Ryan, Joe Krukowski, Noreen McKenna, Reed Jarvis,
Ray Huntington, Jim Pim, Melissa Spiro, Marian Sumner and
Bob Jenkins.
Doroski application - Bob Jenkins showed the Committee a survey map of
the property. The property goes from Route 48 to Soundview Avenue.
They will keep out approximately 6 acres, which is wooded. A motion
was made by Ray Huntington and seconded by Noreen McKenna to have
an appraisal done on this parcel. All were in favor.
The brochures and letters to farmland owners will be going out shortly.
Marian Sumner of the Peconic Land Trust is working with John Sepenoski
of Peconic. The County is interested in this property.
Contracts and applications:
Schreiber - the architect is meeting with the building inspector.
Cullinane - Marian Sumner said the contract hasn't been signed yet.
Goerler - Still awaiting the survey.
Ernst - they are too busy right now.
-2-
Lappe q is in contract to sell for big money.
Kowalski/Custer - the transaction will occur with no conditions.
It will be recreational use.
Land Preservation Coordinator - they are trying to recruit a planner,
hopefully by the end of June. Melissa will answer to the Town Board
not the Planning Board.
McGunnigle property - 106-6-14. She is offering it to one of her
neighbors for $625,000. Half of it is wooded. It is a hard piece of
land to develop because of high tension wires. Dick told Marian to
have them put in an application.

handed out re: the 2% transfer tax for the next meeting and come back
with some comments and ideas.
